After 40 years as a healthcare industry consultant—and 20 years leading the senior living practice at a national accounting and consulting firm—Keith founded Pinehill Partners to deliver tailored advisory services to executive teams and boards of select clients preparing for transition. His current focus is helping organizations navigate their unique growth journeys, where his insights and experience can create meaningful impact and long-term value.
Drawing on decades of experience through economic cycles—including boom-and-bust markets, inflationary pressures, workforce challenges, pandemics, and financial crises—Keith and his colleagues at Pinehill Partners understand that growth is multi-dimensional. It extends beyond facilities or geographic expansion to include the development of people, capabilities, culture, and strategic direction.
